Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII)

Our Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) services provide comprehensive asset integrity assessments without the need for confined-space entry, intrusive access or operational shutdowns. Using advanced technologies, we evaluate the internal condition of critical assets entirely from the outside, allowing inspections to be carried out safely while maintaining normal operations.

Our capabilities include ultrasonic testing (UT), pulsed eddy current (PEC), magnetic flux leakage (MFL), guided wave testing (GWT) and digital radiography (DR). These methods allow us to assess the condition of pressure vessels, storage tanks and piping systems, identifying corrosion, wall loss and other potential defects.
